LynxMark Inc. is a division of Bolls Media Incorporated, therefore owned by and property of Bolls Media Incorporated. LynxMark is committed to protecting your privacy, which is why we have adopted this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is intended to describe and inform you on how your personal information is processed and used. We make every effort to ensure that our activities keep within the spirit of this Privacy Policy. The majority of out site you will be ale to browse through and view without providing any personal information. When you do, this privacy statement explains the data we collect from you and its use. What information is gathered?

Every computer connected to the Internet is provided with a domain name (e.g. google.com) and an IP Address (e.g. 140.203.72.829). When a visitor requests a page from within the WWW.LYNXMARK.COM website, our Web Servers automatically identify and log the HTTP request that is made to our Web Server. This information reveals nothing personal about you. In fact, very little information is automatically gathered and logged. This information may include:

  • The IP address of the site that may have referred you to WWW.LYNXMARK.COM
  • Your IP address
  • Operating system that you may be using (e.g. Windows 98)
  • Version and Make of Browser (e.g. Internet Explorer 5.0)

You should realize that this practice is in use by virtually every Web Server on the Internet today. For that nature it is something that we cannot control. Nonetheless it's nothing you should worry about.

Why?

We at LynxMark have found that if we monitor visitor traffic we are able to ensure that our clients, you, are better served. It allows us to maintain a site that's usable by clients with different browsers and operating systems.

As a business it is also our goal to increase visitor traffic and sales. By analyzing visitor patterns, and referring urls, we can strategically increase our traffic volume, which we hope increases our bottom line.

What are Cookies?

Cookies are files holding small pieces of data that are transferred to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser from our Web Server. A cookie cannot read data from your hard disk or read cookie files that may have been created from other sites. We at LynxMark website may use cookies to enhance features for our clients. LynxMark may also disclose information to its partners to better expedite the service(s) you may request from LynxMark. For example, if you request a dvd interactive presentation with a certain effect, or feel we'll need to speak with our production partner to discuss the options that will serve you best.

Security

Providing security for the personal information you submit via our Site is a top priority for LynxMark. We use 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for information you may provide on our checkout page, or client administration area. We take commercially reasonable steps to provide security for your information once we receive it.

Links to Other Web Sites

Our Sites include links to other Web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of LynxMark. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is subject to their privacy statements. LynxMark's privacy statement does not apply to information you may submit to those sites. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statement of any Web site you visit.
