We also understand that unexpected circumstances may arise in the course of running your business. For that reason, LynxMark maintains a distinct cancellation policy for each of our three service packages:
1. Projects: If at anytime you decide to cancel your Project, you will only be charged for the work and expenses incurred up to that point.
2. Long-Term Service Agreements: LynxMark's Long-Term Service Agreements are for clients who are dedicated to developing their business completely. You may cancel your service by simply mailing or faxing a written request to the address or number below a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being billed for that period. There will be a cancellation fee in an amount equal to three months of your service fee.
3. Web-Hosting Agreements: You may cancel your hosting service by simply mailing or faxing a written request to the address or number below a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being billed for that period.
Due to the nature of our business, refunds are unavailable for completed work. If, however, you have a reasonable correction request, we will do so at no cost to you. LynxMark is in the business of building your business. We're certain that you'll be satisfied with the quality of support we provide.
